  • The services you require will be mutually agreed and set out in an agreement on commencement of our services, which we will both sign and have a copy of.

  • The agreement may be terminated by giving 2 weeks’ notice (except in unforeseen circumstances).

  • In accordance with Data Protection we will respect your confidentiality.

  • In the event of poor weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we may require to rearrange a visit, but you will be informed at the earliest opportunity and rearrange as soon as possible.

  • If we are concerned about your health or safety, we  discuss this with you or with your permission a nominated family member.

  • In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact the appropriate services for help or your GP and also your next of kin.

  • Payment should be made within seven days of each visit and can be made by cash, cheque or direct debit.

  • In accordance with our Lone Working Policy our location will be shared with our partner.

  • We are happy to push wheelchair users as long as they can weight bear and are able to move themselves in and out of the wheelchair.
