I have been thinking of you both so much as I grieve for Mum and Dad.  I will never be able to 'repay' you both for the care and support you gave them.  Without you both they would not have been able to fulfil their wish of staying in their much loved home and garden til the end of their days.  You have been amazing and such a gift to them and the wider family.

Your care has been amazing working with them in a respectful and very effective way.  I think this type of care, companionship and 'keeping the household' running you achieve is extremely good.

I have had the privilege of knowing Jan for over 6 years and Julie for 3.  Effectively this relationship has involved me assisting them in their role of providing support for the more senior members of our society.  Through my experience I have witnessed their work in organising and running social activities or arranging and accompanying outings for groups of people with varying physical and mental challenges whilst at all times respecting the individual and responding to their particular needs.  This dedicated support has been provided with the overriding intent of encouraging social interaction and mitigating any social isolation issues.  Jan and Julie are very friendly, approachable and understanding people, always cheerful and encouraging to everyone with whom they interact.  Their care, compassion and concern for their clients is constantly exhibited.  Nothing is too much trouble.  They are greatly appreciated by all for whom they provide a service and those with whom they have a working relationship, including myself.
